- Visa application form completely filled in with
original sign as per passport
- 2 recent passport sized photographs ( not exceeding 6
months) of the applicant.(frontal view without dark glasses & head
gear except for religious purpose.
- Visa request letter from the applicant and from office
if employed or travel letter from the educational institute or
student card if student.
- Parents’ consent letter for under 18 applicant.
- Trade license (original notarized English translated
and photocopy of the original) if first time traveler and proprietor.
- Updated bank statement for the last 6 months in
original (20,000 Bahtt per person and 40,000 Baht per family with
solvency certificate from concerned bank. Incase of using company
bank statement, trade license (original notarized English
translated and photocopy of the original) have to be attached.
- Photocopy of air ticket/printout of the booking.
- In case of medical treatment, copy of appointment
letter from a hospital in Thailand and letter from local doctor.
- Govt. officials would be required to furnish NOC.
- Consular officer reserve the rights to request
additional documents as deemed necessary.

Transit Visa
A Transit Visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter Thailand for any of the following purposes:
1. Category TS (Transit): to travel in transit through Thailand in order to proceed to the country of destination or to re-enter the applicant's own country
2. Category S (Sports): To participate in sports activities
3. Category C (Conveyance): To the person in charge or crew of a conveyance coming to a port, station or area in Thailand

business:
1. Letter from a company stating the purpose of visit to
Thailand.
2. Letter of trade partner(s) in Thailand addressed to The
Royal Thai Embassy stating the same purpose as local letter.
3. Trade license ( Original of Notarized, English translated
and photocopy of the original) from the applicant who is traveling first
time and proprietor.
4. Documents showing correspondence with trading partners in
Thailand.
5. Visa request letter from applicant.
Additional documents required for running or
conducting business:
1. Company Registration with Ministry of Commerce of Thailand.
2. Visa request letter from self and from concerned authority.
3. Copy of corporate documents; namely 1) list of shareholders
2) business registration and business license 3) company profile 4)
details of business operations 5) list of foreign workers stating names,
nationalities and positions 60 map indicating the location of the
company 7) balance sheet, statement of income Tax and Business Tax
(PorNgorDor 50 and PorNgorDor 30) of the latest year 8) Alien income tax
return (PorNgorDor 91) and 9) Value –added tax registration (PorNgordor
20), etc.
4. Document indicating the number of foreign tourists (for
tourism business only), or document indicating export transactions
issued by banks (for export business only)
Additional documents required to work in Thailand :
1. Contract of employment recognized by the Ministry of
Labour,Thailand.
2. Employment contract indicating rationale for employing the
applicant as well as his/her salary, position and qualifications
(document must be signed by authorized managing director and affixed the
seal of the company.).
3. Copy of educational records of the applicant and letters of
recommendation from the prior employers, identifying the job
description and length of service time.
4. Work permit of the applicant or the WP3 approved from the
Ministry of Labour, Thailand.
5. Visa request letter from self & concerned authority.
Additional documents required for joining
spouse/Parents :
1. Letter from spouse’s/parent’s work place or educational
institution in Thailand.
2. Passport’s photocopy with valid Thai visa page of
spouse/parent/child.
3. Notarized original copy of translated marriage & birth
certificate along with photocopy of original certificate (attested by
concerned authority).
4. Bank statement of spouse or family in Thailand.

Multiple Entry Visa:
Multiple entries is only for Business and Medical purposes
The validity of Non – Immigrant (Multiple Entry visa) is 6 months, 1 year and 3 years (Non – Immigrant 3 years multiple – entry visa is only for business purpose).
3 years multiple entries visa applications need prior approval from the Royal Thai Embassy before submission of the passport & visa fee.

- Each applicant is required to pay his/her fee in
individual drafts if paying by a bank draft.

to pay a service charge of Tk. 400/- (Taka Four Hundred only) in cash.
